It all started long before the Microservice foundation in 1966, when the embryo of the company. - The Multisort Trade Imortação and Expostação Ltd., opened its doors under the command of Maurício Hemsi and Isaac Alhadeff. From the beginning, the seriousness of tripod, work and pioneering guided the steps of Multisort, a 100% national capital company, 30 most of 1972 gave rise to Microservice. The first products Multisort was the export of home and import products for engineering and design such as Schoellershammer greaseproof paper, staplers, pens and Leroy rules for design and normógrafos. It was when Multisort realized that the microfilm was an important tool storage and document retrieval.

Only two years after beginnings Microservice was already considered the largest microfilming Bureau in Latin America, attending customers for several motoring segment, engineering, petrochemical, steel and projects in general.

In 1981, Microservice expands its activities to the field of filming products and starts to commercialize and produce films and chemicals for Medical Diagnostic and Graphic Arts. Later in the same year, transferring its headquarters to the neighborhood of Limão.

In 1985 Microservice gives an important step in his history, introducing the first CD plant in Latin America. In that same year, the company begins to manufacture DIAZO microfilms, the first product fully industrialized by Microservice.

In 1990, Microservice launch your pre-mastering unit located in Rio de Janeiro, this studio was intended for give a advanced treatment and media preparing before the industrial production. On the following year, expands its activities in the photography area bringing to Brazil many products from the internationally recognized photo brand Ilford. It was also in the beginning of the 1990s that was opened, at São Paulo, a studio for mastering that provide to Microservice a capacity to dominate all optical media production.

In that year, Microservice starts to build this planta t Manaus industrial pole, which would focus in CDs production, plastic injection, assembly and photosensitive manufacture. Inaugurated in the next year, the new unit established as a reference in optical media production.

In 2000, Microservice opens a distribution center in São Paulo and begins to deliver complete solutions to entertainment industry in more than six thousand points spread throughout Brazil. The following year, Manaus plant has another expansion.
